Located in the center of the Narthex, this marble design is a Compass pattern the cardinal point of which symbolizes the spreading of the universal message of the Gospels to all corners of the earth. It is hand crafted by master Greek tradesmen, utilizing diverse colored marbles from various regions of Greece.
