At various times during the Divine Services, the Altar Table represents the Throne of God, the Table at the Last Supper, the Tomb of Christ, and the Heavenly Banquet Table. It is designed by the renowned mosaic Master, Toneli, who fashioned our first Altar. It is made of solid marble and highlighted with mosaic inlays of ancient Christian/Byzantine<br />symbols.
